You are not alone as a writer.  Reach out to these communities, blogs and websites and get encouragement and lots of useful tips:

Romance Writing
These romance writers site features everything: live chats and interviews with authors and maintains an active forum.
Romance Divas make the list again. The site is helpful, inspiring and easy to navigate.
Get romance-writing encouragement with a mixture of interviews, contests and chats.

For Writing Poetry
Give and receive feedback on your poetry. Be aware that The Poetry in Color forum is a “non-censoring community” – there are some R-rated posts.
This site wears several hats, including social networker and publisher. There is also a MoonTown’s YouTube channel, where you can upload videos of your poetry readings.
“Wild Poetry Forum is an online, interactive community of writers and poets striving to improve their writing skills and to share their creative thoughts with others.” Yes it is.

For Writing Women
This site publishes fiction, poetry and non-fiction , all centered around mothers writing about motherhood.
Encouragement, valuable tips and workshops by two professional Canadian writers.

This literary magazine for moms is a great read. Enjoy the “Ideas that Spark” section.
Women on Writing is designed to support women throughout all stages of the writing process.
